Is Party Endorsement of an Outcome Sufficient Indicia of Justice Done?

Professor Stulberg will respond to Professor Hyman & Professor Love’s If Portia Were a Mediator: An Inquiry into Justice in Mediation, 9 CLINICAL LAW REVIEW 157 (2002). Supposing the parties to a mediation find the outcome acceptable, does this alone validate the idea that a “pure procedural justice” has been accomplished?
